Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday (Not including Bank Holidays), from 10am-4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using Royal Mail or DPD. We do not ship outside of England and Wales at this time. If you wish to ship to Scotland or Northern Ireland, please contact us with your order and address so we can discuss shipping options.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging (Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for further information). We will refund the full value of the returned item.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 24 hours of receipt at bikersworldonlinestore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
